The Rare Combination
Most people have one lane: they're either a developer who learned to talk to clients, a sales person who picked up some technical skills, or a domain expert who learned to code.
I have all three. My background in construction project management gave me domain expertise. My sales and business development experience taught me how to understand what clients actually need. And my technical training — including deep work with AI systems, RAG pipelines, and GPT-4 Vision — gave me the skills to build solutions.
After years in construction, I fell in love with how technology can solve business problems. At 36, I went back to school — and I haven't stopped building since.

Where is Vancouver changing fastest? That was the question. I built a full data pipeline — 2.2 million records through Docker, PostgreSQL, and Power BI. The key wasn't just processing the data, but presenting it clearly. Clean dashboards beat cluttered ones every time. The right information, laid out simply, lets you see the story and trust the numbers.
E-Scooter Fleet Analysis
Power BI dashboard for fleet optimization
Analyzed 1M+ e-scooter trips from Chicago's pilot program to answer: "Where should we deploy scooters to maximize revenue?" Used Haversine formula for geospatial analysis and built dynamic Top/Bottom ranking with DAX.
